Strong Women of Knowsley

Yesterday, I was so honoured to be invited by Claire Eddleston to the Strong Women of Knowsley project to celebrate strong women in their personal lives in a new public art mural to be unveiled in July, to inspire the next generation of women!

In my session in making hearts out of clay, there were lots of strong women, who achieved so much in their personal life struggles but most of all still standing tall and smiling!!!

I understand this project is working in partnership with @ourheartofglass and Positive life workshops CIC
.
This is the sister project to the Strong Women of St. Helens.
.
"May we know them, may we raise them, may we be them"
.
I made two hearts and also put Alessio name on them as he is my focus, drive and inspiration to be a better person, so I want everyone to know about his achievement despite having complex medical and educational needs. In the first heart, there's a chinese character underneath Alessio and it's "safe". That's all I want for him to be safe and happy.
